We support legislation to revise and repeal portions of the problematic 'Gang Bill,' which passed out of the legislature and was signed into law by former Governor Matt Bevin during the 2018 General Assembly.

The 2018 "gang bill" increases surveillance of Black and Brown young people, and completely ignores the root causes of violence and common sense solutions, such as violence intervention, community programming, and more access to therapists and counselors.
