GENERAL INFORMATION:

Join us for a conversation about the history of family structures, the effort to break those barriers, and the road ahead. Panelists will be announced soon.

Family looks different for everyone and your family is what you choose it to be. Every Kentuckian should have the legal rights and material resources to make the best decisions for themselves, whether that's choosing adoption, marrying the person they love, accessing abortion care, or building a loving community.

Breaking Barriers is our new series of discussions about the issues facing Kentucky families. We'll engage community groups, advocates, and policymakers to see how we can all work together to ensure every Kentuckian can make the best decisions for themselves. These forums are meant to be an open space where Kentuckians from around the commonwealth can speak openly about topics ranging from systemic racial disparities in maternal and infant health outcomes to protecting individual freedoms like the right to access abortion care.
