The Kentucky Senate’s annual assault on reproductive rights is well underway. So far this session the Senate has passed a measure requiring a burdensome, in-person visit to an abortion clinic before the procedure (SB4), and a measure requiring an unnecessary ultrasound before the procedure (SB7)
