HB 346 - Baby Olivia Bill

House Bill 346 requires school districts to show a video produced by an anti-abortion group about fetal development called "Meet Baby Olivia."

The bill also:

• grants parents an opportunity to review materials and opt their child out of instruction;
• authorizes the Attorney General to bring an action against a school district to compel them to comply with this act;
• and allows parents and students over the age of 18 to file a civil action against school district.
