Amnesty Court
Amnesty Court is a special docket designed to allow people the opportunity to conduct business with the court when they have previously been unable to do so. Amnesty court participants typically have missed a court date and have been issued a "bench warrant" (an arrest warrant issued from the judge's bench). If they qualify for the docket, participants can come to court without fear of arrest and complete their business with the court.
