The Post Cover

This fall, the fight for civil liberties in Kentucky is moving on many fronts, and our October newsletter brings you inside the work.

We’re helping Kentuckians prepare to vote, pushing for stronger protections against mass surveillance, challenging prolonged ICE detention, defending free speech, and bringing people together for important conversations about reproductive freedom, justice, and the future of our Commonwealth.

There is good news, too. A Kentucky parent secured an important First Amendment victory. Two women recently detained by ICE are home. And supporters across the state continue to show what is possible when people refuse to sit on the sidelines.

Read our October newsletter to see what we’ve been working on, what’s ahead, and how you can get involved.

And if you believe this work matters, we hope you’ll help sustain it.

Every lawsuit we file, legislator we challenge, voter we reach, community we organize with, and right we defend requires resources.

A gift to the ACLU of Kentucky helps ensure we can keep showing up wherever civil liberties are threatened across the Commonwealth.

Read. Get involved. And if you’re able, make a gift today.

Thank you for fighting with us.
