Bio
Andrew Hillard is the Executive Administrator at the ACLU of Kentucky, where he supports the organization's mission to defend and advance the civil rights of all Kentuckians.
Born and raised in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, he brings more than 15 years of professional nonprofit experience in operations, administration, communication, and community engagement.
Throughout his life and career, Andrew has been motivated by a passion for building inclusive spaces, strengthening teams, and advancing justice through thoughtful, mission-driven work. Before joining the ACLU of Kentucky, he worked in higher education admissions and enrollment management, helping connect students with educational opportunities that empowered their own work for justice.
Outside of work, Andrew likes to stay active--experiencing live music, spending time outdoors, and enjoying a good meal with family and friends.
