Challenged the constitutionalty of a joint resolution enacted by the 2000 Kentucky General Assembly requiring the placement of a six-foot-by-four-foot Ten Commandments monument on state capitol grounds.

A continuation of Adland v. Russ 2004 lawsuit. Argued that state officials should be held in contempt if they move forward with plans to place a Ten Commandments monument on state Capitol grounds as directed by the 2006 General Assembly.
