
Establishing Freestanding Birthing Centers - SB 67
Birthing centers are designed to provide a more homelike setting for childbirth, especially for birthing people who have been harmed by implicit bias in the traditional healthcare system.
The 2024 legislative session will run from January 2 through April 15. We'll be in Frankfort working with lawmakers and ally organizations to protect and defend the civil rights and liberties of all people in Kentucky.
