Our unique work keeps us busy in the courts and in Frankfort, but as a statewide organization we know we must connect members, donors, volunteers, community members, partner organizations, legislators, and cooperating attorneys throughout Kentucky. To help accomplish this, we are hosting our annual meeting in Lexington for the first time in recent years at the historic Lyric Theater!
Over the past several years, the Kentucky General Assembly has targeted the most vulnerable among us and sought to strip people of their basic civil rights and liberties. In response, Kentuckians came together and grew organizations like the ACLU of Kentucky. Your support allowed us to rapidly expand and deepen our efforts in Frankfort and in court, and we are now working to deepen our roots in the communities throughout the commonwealth that made this growth possible.
We would like to extend a special thank you to the Lyric Theater and Cultural Arts Center for hosting this event. The Lyric Theater is ADA accessible. American Sign Language interpretation will begin at 7PM for the main program.
