Constitution Day is September 17th!
In 2004, Congress declared every September 17, on the anniversary of the signing of the Constitution, each school that accepts federal funds must offer educational programming about the Constitution. Teachers, if you are looking for lesson plans and activities related to the Constitution, the ACLU has put together a website full of ideas. We are also launching a mural painting contest.
