Dr. Peggy Pittman-Munke, ACLU of Kentucky Board member and Professor at Murray State University (MSU), invited ACLU of Kentucky Program Director Kate Miller, and immigrant rights advocate Sagar Patagundi, to talk to students about immigration policy at the Paducah campus of MSU.
