In light of the deadly outbreak of COVID-19 at Green River Correctional Center, the ACLU of Kentucky is demanding state officials provide relief to all incarcerated people. The Department of Corrections must test all incarcerated people in Kentucky’s prisons for COVID-19 and release medically vulnerable people. These Kentuckians were ordered to serve time, not a death sentence.
