A trial has been scheduled for November 13, 2018 in our lawsuit to block Kentucky's new D&E Abortion Ban law.
A Joint Consent Order blocking enforcement of the law remains in place, meaning the law is NOT being enforced and patients will still be able to access the care they need as the litigation continues.
