The Carl L. Wedekind Bill of Rights Dinner is an evening dedicated to celebrating the enduring fight for civil liberties and the people who make that work possible across Kentucky. We are especially honored to welcome keynote speaker Deborah Archer, President of the National American Civil Liberties Union, a nationally recognized expert on civil rights, civil liberties, and racial justice.
