One of the most extreme bans on abortion care will receive its first vote on March 1 in the House Committee on Veterans, Military Affairs, and Public Protection.

In advance of the committee hearing, we wrote to express our strong opposition. Our letter outlines the tangible harms House Bill 3 would cause Kentuckians and how the proposal would violate Kentuckians' constitutional rights.
