Cold Spring becomes 19th KY City to Pass Fairness Ordinance

The northern Kentucky city of Cold Spring became the 19th city to adopt a Fairness Ordinance with a 4-1 vote. Fairness ordinances protect LGBTQ people from discrimination in housing, employment, and public accommodation.
