Expungement Legislation Passes Kentucky House

HB40, legislation that would allow certain low-level class D felonies to be expunged after a certain time period, passed the Kentucky House on a vote of 80-11.The measure now moves to the Senate.  TAKE ACTION, email your Senator, and urge the passage of HB40.
