Attorney General Cameron is attempting to revive our case against a 2018 Kentucky abortion ban – a case we have already won twice – now that he knows the courts are growing more hostile to reproductive freedom. His own office agreed to comply with the court's decision after our second victory, but he is now attempting to break that agreement. He will stop at nothing in his effort to force Kentuckians to remain pregnant against their will, even if it means relitigating old cases.
