Expungement Legislation Passes Kentucky House
HB40, legislation that would allow certain low-level class D felonies to be expunged after a certain time period, passed the Kentucky House on a vote of 80-11.
Anti-abortion SB4 Passes Out of Committee
The Kentucky Senate’s Veterans, Military Affairs, and Public Protection Committee sent a piece of legislation to the full Senate for a vote aimed at restricting the reproductive rights of women in the commonwealth.
