Death Row Exoneree Kirk Bloodsworth Tours Kentucky in February
A honorably discharged former Marine, Kirk Bloodsworth is the first person in the United States exonerated from death row by DNA testing. In 1984 he was arrested for the rape and murder of nine-year-old girl. He was sentenced to death in Maryland in 1985.

The Freedom to Marry Reaches the Supreme Court
The ACLU’s freedom to marry cases in Ohio and Kentucky along with cases in Michigan and Tennessee are headed to the Supreme Court where a national solution for the freedom to marry may be determined!
