KY HB 360: AN ACT relating to adult performances and declaring an emergency
This bill criminalizes certain live adult performances, particularly those involving sexually explicit content or impersonators, when performed on public property or in view of minors, with escalating penalties for repeat offenses and immediate effect upon passage.
