This bill would force all law enforcement agencies in Kentucky to enter into agreements with Immigration and Customs Enforcement and participate in "Jail Enforcement Models," "Task Force Models," and "Warrant Service Officer Models."

The act requires Kentucky public schools serving grades 6-12 to provide free menstrual products, establishes funding and accountability measures, and prioritizes support for economically disadvantaged districts, with implementation beginning July 1, 2026.
