Public schools should not subject children to corporal punishment.
Also known as a "gag rule," this legislation would limit the information healthcare providers can share with their patients. Similar legislation is filed each year and some has already become law.
No person should be subjected to solitary confinement, especially not Kentucky kids. Legislation to limit solitary confinement has advanced in recent years. We will continue pushing to end it entirely.
