Fairness would protect LGBTQ Kentuckians from discrimination in housing, employment, and public accommodation.

These bills would amend the Kentucky Civil Rights Act to create statewide anti-discrimination protections for LGBTQ Kentuckians in the areas of housing and public accommodation. A majority of Kentuckians live in towns and cities that have already passed local Fairness laws. Fairness isn't only the right thing to do, it also attracts businesses and grows our economy. It's time to take Fairness statewide to ensure no Kentuckian faces discrimination simply for who they are.
