Amidst a deadly crisis in Louisville jails, the Jefferson Country Attorney is offering the chance to redocket cases with active bench warrants, with some restrictions. This will allow Kentuckians to reschedule their court appearance and set aside active bench warrants, resulting in fewer Kentuckians being jailed for low level offenses.

The ACLU of Kentucky and other community partners are holding a press conference to promote the opportunity and raise awareness.
