Bill to Abolish the Death Penalty Fails to Pass Out of Committee

HB203, which would abolish the death penalty in Kentucky, received its first ever hearing with a vote in the House Judiciary Committee March 9th.  The bill failed to receive enough votes to get out of committee.  The testimony on the bill from Joseph P.
